If all seats in the relevant age group are full, your child will be placed on the waiting list, and you will be notified as soon as a seat becomes available.
You will be notified of the admission decision via email or text message.
Admission procedures include: a mother's interview, completion of required forms (registration form, allergy alert form, photography consent form), submission of the vaccination certificate via the Sehhaty app, parents' national IDs, and payment of the registration fee.
We support the child's gradual transition through a structured plan designed to help both the mother and child adapt smoothly to the nursery environment. Nannies, however, are not permitted to remain inside the nursery.
We welcome children after the end of maternity leave (10 weeks). Enrollment is open until the child reaches 2 years and 8 months, with children transitioning out of the nursery before turning four years old.
Arabic is the primary language of communication in the nursery.
The nursery operates from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a maximum daily attendance of 8 hours per child, selected at the time of registration.
The nursery operates year-round, with the exception of official holidays and national occasions.
Group 1: 4 children per teacher
Group 2: 6 children per teacher
Group 3: 7 children per teacher
Group 4: 8 children per teacher
Families receive a checklist of essential items following final admission, including extra clothes, milk, food, a favorite pillow, indoor nursery shoes, and other items that help your child feel comfortable and secure.
The programme is built on learning through play, sensory activities, and the development of practical life skills, aligned with early learning developmental standards for children from birth to three years of age, and in accordance with international best practices in early childhood development and learning.
Based on recommendations and best practices in early childhood education, we believe that development and learning at this stage are grounded in positive direct interaction, play, and sensory exploration — elements that technology cannot replace. Excessive screen use may negatively affect children's language development, attention span, and social relationships.
In contrast, we use technology thoughtfully to support staff and facilitate institutional work, such as documentation, planning, and communication with families.
All staff members working with children hold an accredited certificate in Early Childhood Education, offered by the Education Leaders Institute in partnership with a prestigious international university.
Parents are required to disclose all allergies at the time of registration. Each child's allergies are documented in an individual health plan.
The nursery maintains a strict policy prohibiting the presence of any allergenic or potentially harmful foods.
A qualified nurse is available on-site to monitor children, respond to allergy-related emergencies, and manage any necessary medical intervention when needed.
All parents are required to complete and sign a consent form authorizing the use of photos and videos, specifying their preferences regarding the publication of their children's images and video recordings.
